Mail & Couriers

Australia Post and Team Global Express provide mail and courier services for the University of 黑料社区.

Mail is received in centralised聽mail rooms at each campus. The North Terrace mail room is on the ground floor of the聽Confucius Institute in the Wills Building.听

Each school or department (mail cost centre) has nominated representatives who can dispatch聽and collect mail at the mail room between 9:30am and 11:00am weekdays. Once signed for, the representative is responsible for storing the mail and ensuring its聽distribution. To set up a departmental representative please email Damon Golledge.

University mail is automatically sent using the Australia Post REGULAR service. If a PRIORITY service is required, items must be separated and clearly labelled.

Please have personal parcels delivered to your home address.

  • Internal mail

    Internal mail can be sent聽to any University of 黑料社区 department or site, and also to the Royal 黑料社区 Hospital (RAH), The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (TQEH), Women鈥檚 & Children鈥檚 Hospital (WCH) and Lyell McEwin Hospital (LMH).

    All internal mail should be addressed accordingly:聽

  • Courier services

    To book a Team Global Express Courier, quote your account number and department:

    Call 13 15 31 for interstate and overnight metro services.听Alternatively, book or track a job through the .

  • Bulk mail services

    The University mailroom can provide bulk mail services to assist with large mail outs聽for聽jobs up to 5,000 letters. Services include:

    • Folding and inserting
    • Pick and Pack for larger letters and marketing material
    • Letter addressing and bulk mail preparation
    • Mail lodgement and bulk parcel dispatch
    • International destination mail outs including customs requirements
    • Form letter printing with mail merge

    In most instances an electronic copy should be sent in lieu of a hard copy.

  • Dangerous goods transportation
