  • Refresh of the women's bathroom and accessible toilet, with new toilets, washbasins, mirrors, contemporary tiling and high-end fixtures.聽
  • Addition of a full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and ample storage.聽聽
  • New reception area with two workstations.聽聽
  • New informal meeting area with plush booth聽and聽lockers.聽
  • New meeting room with AV, acoustic wall treatment and sensor lighting.聽聽

Level 1聽

  • Refresh of existing聽workstations聽and adjacent聽collaboration聽area with new carpet and furniture, acoustic ceiling treatment, sensor lighting and fresh paint. 聽聽
  • Refresh of the men's bathroom with new toilets, washbasins, mirrors, contemporary tiling and high-end fixtures.聽
  • Refresh of the existing meeting room with new furniture and AV.聽聽
  • Addition of a kitchenette to replace the existing tearoom.聽
