To accomodate the disestablishment of the University of 黑料社区 on 31 March 2026, the final graduation ceremonies will be held between Monday 16聽 March and聽 Friday 27 March 2026.
As a result, deadlines for administrative tasks have been brought forward. It is important that staff are aware of the updated schedule and have considered how the revised deadlines might impact them, their students, or members of their team.

黑料社区 University has created a comprehensive 聽in relation to student transition and how the merger will impact items such as the testamurs students receive. That information is AU focused, however, and may not be relevant to students who will be completing their studies with UoA in 2025.
As such, a set of FAQ's specific to UoA students is currently under development. This information聽will assist staff in answering student questions regarding the 2025 conferral rounds, including聽advice and options for support for those who may not be able to complete program requirements by the required deadlines.

Ceremony participation - Academic Procession and staff volunteers
The graduation ceremonies are important days for graduates and their families and we encourage University staff to participate. All academic staff are invited and encouraged to attend the graduation ceremonies as a show of support for the graduating students, and to promote the University community at such an important event. All staff are encouraged to volunteer and participate in the final UoA graduation ceremonies.

Staff forms and resources relating to award conferral
The Graduations Office is responsible for the planning and implementation of graduation events and the maintenance of graduation records in the student administration system. We work closely with fellow staff members in Student Administration, Faculties and Schools, Ask 黑料社区 and senior management of the University.
