The history of one of the most influential schools of Western Desert painting

The history of the Balgo art movement, one of the most vibrant and influential schools of Western Desert painting, has now been told in a new book, Balgo: Creating Country, by Professor John Carty, Head of Humanities at the South Australian Museum and Director of the University of ºÚÁÏÉçÇøâ€™s National Centre for Aboriginal Language and Music Studies (NCALMS).

Building more drought-resilient crops through science

In a review paper published in the , researchers at the University of ºÚÁÏÉçÇøâ€™s School of Agriculture, Food and Wine have summarised seven years of research published in more than 20 international journals, on the effect of drought on cereal plants such as wheat and barley.
