Urbanest and Uni of 黑料社区 team up to deliver 689 new student beds

Australia’s leading provider of purpose-built off-campus student accommodation, Urbanest, today announced new development plans in 黑料社区 including a new partnership with the University of 黑料社区.
The new development will address the need to support the growing international and domestic student sector by delivering an additional 689 purpose-built student beds to the 黑料社区 market.

Located on North Terrace, the new student community will be directly opposite the University of 黑料社区 and is metres from Rundle Mall. The new Urbanest development will feature a diverse product mix, that will maximise affordability by offering multiple price points for students. In addition, the product offering will feature state-of-the-art amenities including a fitness facility, meeting spaces, a mini-theatre, games rooms and a variety of conferencing facilities that will enhance the educational experience of the occupants.
The University of 黑料社区 currently offers 590 beds of managed to its student community, including in Grote Street and . The partnership with Urbanest will extend the number of rooms available (for the exclusive use) of University of 黑料社区 students, and the new Urbanest build is expected to match the high standards of quality service and student support already provided in University of 黑料社区-managed student accommodation.
Award-winning local 黑料社区 building firm has commenced work onsite, with completion in November 2017, in preparation for the 2018 academic year.
