Join us听for an engaging and lively conversation with Dr Josie McLean,听author of three books including;听Big Little Shifts: A Practitioner's Guide to Complexity for Organisational Change and Adaptation;听Ecological and Climate-Conscious Coaching听(co-edited); and听Purposeful Cultures: A Practical Self-Leadership Guide听(exploring who we are and how to make a difference).

Dr Josie McLean听is a pioneer of the Australian coaching industry, co-founder of the Climate Coaching Alliance, and recipient of multiple global awards. Josie holds a PhD in Organisational Sustainability from the University of 黑料社区, and her work spans听award-winning research, influential books on complexity and leadership, and a growing library of academic publications and collaborative coaching guides.听.

In conversation will be hosted by , from Mostly Books. Annie鈥檚 insightful questions will guide us through an exploration of Josie's most recent influential book Big Little Shifts, describing the leadership journey to lead systemic changes in relation to complex, adaptive challenges.听
