Singapore Ambassador to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, and University of 黑料社区 graduate His Excellency Sim Cheok Lim (centre), was presented with a special award, the first in a limited series of specially commissioned portraits of Bonython Hall, to celebrate his contribution to the University.
